Stayed Dec 31, 2023My family rented this place for 3 months over the winter. Collingwood has everything my family needed. many grocery shops, Canadian tire, Blue Mountain resort, restaurants, tracking trails and many more. I see many potential in the summer as well. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Stayed Dec 1, 2021Julie's condo was central to everything we wanted to do in Collingwood for our long term stay. The place was charming, clean and well supplied with all the necessities. Julie was accessible when needed and was very helpful with local information. We would definitely go back again and highly recommend her place.

Stayed Jul 13, 2021This condo is located perfectly for anything you want or need to do. Store, shopping, trails for riding or walking, restaurants just up the street. Quiet set of buildings grounds kept up pretty good by the crew. Had a great time. Thank you Julie ?

Stayed Oct 15, 2020I usually spend my winters in the south but was forced to find accommodation in Ontario this year due to Covid. The unit I rented was clean, well-appointed and comfortable and in a great location, five minutes to downtown. The owner was cooperative, pleasant and accommodating and I was very comfortable over the winter.

Stayed Jan 1, 2020We just had the pleasure of renting this quaint unit for three months. The unit exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and well appointed. It had everything that we needed and more! The owner was incredibly thoughtful with her prompt replies, detailed answers to my numerous questions and even placed thoughtful instruction notes in the unit so I could easily find things and knew how to safely and effectively operate items such as heaters. If you are looking for a well located, quiet and comfortable location in Collingwood, I would highly recommend this unit!
