This property has both a Cabin and a Cottage that is set away from all the hubbub of the lake life so you can enjoy some peace and quiet but also close enough to the lake to go swimming or boating. The cabin has a large master bedroom with a queen size bed and a futon for extra sleeping space and a second bedroom with bunkbeds, twin over full with a trundle. The bathroom has a washer and dryer for any 'oops' during your stay or to go home with all fresh clean clothes. You can sit out on the big front porch rockers or out on the back screened in porch listening to the wildlife. There are walking paths from the cabin to the cottage, a koi pond, and a gazebo. The cottage is a quant 'lil place to enjoy getting away to nature. Sit out front and drink your coffee or eat outside on the back porch. This place is only 2 miles from No. 9 Marina where you can swim, fish, go boating, 5 miles from places you can eat and go to Dollar General Market, and 10 miles from Lake Eufaula town. Come enjoy!

The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed and would use the bathroom just off the living room. One of the bedrooms is the bunk room, offering a large TV and ample space for watching a movie after a day on the lake. It has 2 full-size beds (bottom) and 2 twin-size beds (top) as well as a futon that makes into a full-size bed. The third full bathroom is accessible from the bunk room. This bathroom is also the location of the washer and dryer, which can be accessed through the kitchen as well; perfect for not disturbing the kids in the bunk room! Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided in each bathroom, along with soft fluffy towels. Our kitchen has all of the essentials you would need to cook all of your meals and utensils to enjoy them. We have a large refrigerator and freezer, complete with water and ice, so you can plan your grocery shopping accordingly. The living room has a very large reclining sectional, great for relaxing while streaming your favorite show using our free WIFI. The house sits on a very large lot giving plenty of room for kiddos to run and play or your furry friends to play some fetch. Being so close to Nichols Point we think our place would be great for those visiting for a fishing tournament.
