Reviewer Comments: This was our 10th year visiting Carlton Landing for Easter weekend, but the first time staying in this home. It was the perfect fit for a couple of families with teen girls and we LOVED the porch, so charming with the lights and perfect for game playing!

The home was beautiful and new with plenty of room for my family. if i had to request one item it would be an outdoor grill. We plan to come back.

Reviewer Comments: We rented Landing Pad for our daughter's wedding reception and it was perfect!! We had 20 guests and everyone loved the house and we were all comfortable. Loved having the patio to spread out in and the kitchen was perfect for a large charcuterie spread, cake and margarita bar. The beds were very comfortable and we loved having 3 bathrooms to get ready in.

Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our group. We had plenty of towels and linens. The front porch was great for playing games and hanging out. We will definitely return! Easy to walk to all the things in CL!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very clean and welcoming. We were missing a set of towels, but shortly after contacting management, a set of towels was delivered. We did manage to pick up a screw in our tire from the ongoing construction near the home. Maybe the construction needs an alternate access road, to avoid this happening to someone else. We also had only 2 small kitchen towels, this was a slight inconvenience, but we dealt with it. Aside from that, The kitchen had everything we needed. We really loved the resort and all that it had to offer. We will be back!
