Redbud Retreat @ Carlton Landing | A Coastal Inspired Home in a 5 Star Community

We stayed Easter weekend with our kids and grandkids. The property was in the perfect location for all the Easter festivities, situated in the middle of Carlton Landing. Had a great experience and hope to be back.

WOW WOW WOW!! Redbud Retreat was absolutely PERFECT for our 3rd annual girls’ trip. We are a group of 30s-40s moms, and enjoyed every moment of this gorgeous place. We played games on the screened in porch each morning and afternoon, loved the nearby pickleball court, and took a couple of scenic walks! If we return, we will 100% rebook this property! Communication was A, cleanliness was top notch.

This home was perfect for our group of 6, visiting Carlton Landing for a bachelorette trip! Highly recommend. (Side note: AMAZING water pressure!)

The house was gorgeous!! The rooms were just as described. Check-in was easy and everything we needed was provided. Carlton Landing is definitely a family friendly place to stay.

We loved our lake house! It was roomy, clean, and very nice. We loved that it was in the center of the community and a quick walk away from most everything. Our only complaint was that not a lot of the things were open due to Fall Break. They did open later Friday evening. But we came on Wednesday. So the first night we had to drive into Eufaula. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay! It was our first time visiting Carlton Landing and it truly felt like a storybook setting. The home was beautiful, spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. My family and I absolutely loved it and we would definitely love to visit again.

The house is beautiful and comfortable. They have thought of many extra things that made our stay amazing: games, s’mores, wood for a fire,etc. super location right in the heart of Carlton Landing. We highly recommend the house and the host. Also…best part..great mattresses!

Awesome place. Great set up outside. Small backyard with a fire pit table and grill. House has plenty of room downstairs. Kids had plenty of room upstairs and the second story balcony is pretty awesome for morning coffee. Book it.

Everything is neat clean and excellent equipped

This is our second time to stay here and it was another wonderful experience. Communication is great, the house accommodates 10 people well and it’s perfectly located.

Our stay at Redbud Retreat was great. The property was as nice as it was pictured. We took our whole family, 5 adults and two grandkids, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Rhonda was great to work with, she always replied when we contacted her. Our grandkids loved the second floor loft, it was their space. It was our first trip to Carlton’s Landing and we loved the small community feeling. If you go, definitely rent a golf cart. It’s the easiest way to cruise around Carlton’s Landing.

The home was beautiful and had a wonderful kitchen. We loved the fire pit and lights in the backyard. The amenities in the resort area were wonderful! The views outstanding. We can’t wait to come in the summer months.

We stayed in this very comfortable and peaceful home as a half way stop to Fayetteville. It was the perfect spot to rest and enjoy a good nights rest. The property is beautiful and the neighborhood is so well done. We will be back.

Carlton Landing is a beautiful, family-friendly location! Renting a golf cart for your stay is well worth it (the golf cart rental place is conveniently located nearby). Driving around to explore and catch the sunsets is a delightful experience! There's also a good amount of parking for extra cars that don’t fit in the garage. The waterpark by the lake was great fun! The home was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. We recommend bringing a few extra trash bags. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils, pans, plates, cups, and beach towels. The snack basket was a lovely extra touch! For those considering the bunk room for adults, note that the mattresses are not as comfortable for adults but are fine for little kids. We suggest stopping at the grocery store on the way into Carlton Landing since it’s a bit of a drive in and out of town, though it’s not too bad. The host was always very responsive and helpful!

This was an amazing property! The layout, the amenities, and the attention to little details like having beach towels, snacks, and even everything to make s’mores was part of what made this stay so welcoming! The porches were a huge bonus and we spent a lot of time out there. I would recommend this property to anyone! Rhonda was an awesome host and was quick to handle any of our questions that came up! 5-star property!
