Just outside the huge windows and doors is a very large deck with a family room style area, a dining room area and a hot tub gathering area. From each spot the view is of main body of water!brFrom the main floor deck take 8 steps down and the ramp leading to the 3 slip Boat House. One slip is an indoor fishing well. Swim off the dock in tranquil waters inside the wave breaks. The second floor deck is another family room set up with an Eagle Eye view of all the activities. The home has floor to ceiling windows in several rooms which allows you to sit in a cool inside seating area and not miss the amazing view of the water and boats going by. The 5 bedroom 3 full bath home is very accommodating for families. We live in this home full time so we only rent when we are on vacation so it’s fully stocked. Also Ilove flowers so you go out on the deck and you definitely feel like you are on vacation! We have an outside “drink room” with 2 refrigerators to store your beverages. We now have an indoor heated fishing space. Four poles is tight, two is great. brShuffleboard, foosball and pool table in the main living area. Modern remodel with modern kitchen. The view from the deck and dock is Duck Creek, the main lake, the mouth of Drowning Creek, and the mouth of Gray's Hollow (Dripping Springs). The full moon rise over Drowning Creek should never be missed. The crappie fishing in the spring, catfish all season, and white bass in the summer is very good. However, hybrid fishing in the fall is hands down the most fun.

Wonderfully decorated in this non-smoking, no pets allowed, rustic lodge style, two-story 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is conveniently located on the heart of Grand Lake O' The Cherokees, on Duck Creek in a no wake zone. This house comes with a large 45x45 swim dock. Tie ups on side of dock are free for your boat or lake toys. This house sleeps 10 guests comfortably. The master has a king bed. The upstairs quest room has a queen bed. Downstairs contains a bedroom with a queen and a bunkbed that sleeps full size on the bottom and twin on top. The smaller bedroom downstairs has a bunkbed that sleeps full size on the bottom and a twin on top. Two living areas with televisions, one up, one down, open kitchen upstairs with adjoining dining area, three-person bar seating. Parking can allow only maximum of 3 vehicles allowed during rental, parking is NOT allowed on the street. Suitable for children. This is the place to be for the July 4th famous Duck Creek Fireworks display, our dock is a front row seat! This is a family neighborhood. No bachelor/bachelorette/wedding parties. Memorial Weekend $800 a night-min 3 night rental. July 1st-July 5th 5 night rental $900 per night. Labor Day Weekend 3 night rental at $800 per night. All other dates are $765 a day.
