There is also a rear entrance that does not require stairs. The Cross Bell Downtown is located in the Pawhuska Historic District and was originally built in the early 1900s. It was an office space above, and a retail space below. We are directly across from the Pioneer Woman Boarding House, and have a prime location to watch the parades and events below on Kihekah from our shared front room. Parking can be obtained both in front of the building and to the rear. If coming in the front door, two flights of stairs will need to be climbed. If entering from the rear of the building on the patio, guests can either access the building from the Historic 6th street staircase to the Osage County Courthouse or come across the driveway behind P-Town Pizza. We recommend that guests that have difficulty walking or climbing stairs enter from the back. We are happy to meet our guests and help transfer luggage from your vehicle to your room.

Individuals who cannot climb stairs can park in the rear and access our rear door by traveling behind P-Town Pizza on a short walk to our rear door. Although this room is handicapped friendly, it does require parking on the street in the rear on the hill (no designated handicapped space) or a walk around the sidewalk to the back of the hill from a handicapped space on Kihekah. The room itself is handicapped accessible, with a sidewalk to the rear door and no steps required.
