After a day on the water, dock your boat and personal watercraft in owners enclosed dock w/electric. The 2691 sq ft home has 3 car garage, large deck with grill/smoker/chairs, large living/dining/kitchen/bar open concept which allows for entertaining a large group. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. the living area has 4 recliners, the sunroom is large enough for a queen size blow-up mattress with its own sink and toilet, has a separate bar area, a basement with a sleeper/sofa. All rooms have ceiling fans and satellite tv with the very large master bedroom that one may have to quarrel over, with the bathroom that has a jacuzzi tub with overhanging tv. Also has laundry room with washer and dryer.

Step outside to gaze at the stars in the night’s silence & wake up to the sun peering over the water. Secluded enough to forget the sights & sounds of city life but only 20 mins from Eufaula’s downtown with shops, amphitheater, restaurants, & Jellystone (buy a day pass). Whether it’s rest, family fun, or water adventures, Lakefire Cabin is the perfect escape. This updated cabin is a perfect place for families to gather to make memories on Lake Eufaula. There is plenty of room to bring a boat in the circular driveway. You’ll have access to the whole cabin. There is a storage building on site, but it remains locked and inaccessible. We live in OKC, so we are two hours from the cabin. If an emergency happens, we can get there or contact someone local to help you. Please do not hesitate to message us. This neighborhood is so quiet. Most people are full-time residents and take pride in their space and enjoy their quiet neighborhood. LakeFire Cabin has a small circular driveway with plenty of space for two cars and a boat. As you view the pictures, please note the incline of the stairs. Children will need to be supervised and everyone should be careful. Also, due to the true a-frame structure design, doors will not fit. Curtains are provided for privacy.

This retreat features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Enjoy the spacious living room, great kitchen, and modern comforts after a day on the lake. There's convenient boat parking complete with an assigned spot for the Best Fisher of the Day. Whether casting a line or exploring the local lake scene, The Sandlot is the perfect lakeside escape!brbrThe Sandlot has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed and would use the bathroom just off the living room. One of the bedrooms is the bunk room, offering a large TV and ample space for watching a movie after a day on the lake. It has 2 full-size beds (bottom) and 2 twin-size beds (top) as well as a futon that makes into a full-size bed. The third full bathroom is accessible from the bunk room. This bathroom is also the location of the washer and dryer, which can be accessed through the kitchen as well; perfect for not disturbing the kids in the bunk room! Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided in each bathroom, along with soft fluffy towels. Our kitchen has all of the essentials you would need to cook all of your meals and utensils to enjoy them. We have a large refrigerator and freezer, complete with water and ice, so you can plan your grocery shopping accordingly. The living room has a very large reclining sectional, great for relaxing while streaming your favorite show using our free WIFI. The house sits on a very large lot giving plenty of room for kiddos to run and play or your furry friends to play some fetch. Being so close to Nichols Point we think our place would be great for those visiting for a fishing tournament.
