The total number of guests permitted br inside the condo at one time is 9 guests. Security camera/recording device are in the hallways and exterior area of the building complex are video recorded. No recording devices are inside the unit. Tampering with any monitoring device will also result in immediate removal without refund.brbr**A drip coffee maker is available in the condo with both regular and decaf coffee. brbr**There is no traditional cable on the TV's in the condo. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device. brbr**The outdoor pool and hot tub are seasonal and they are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but this can vary depending on temperatures and weather permitting.brbr**Periodically, the association may perform maintenance/projects from time to time without notice to the owners. This may result in unusable amenities, obstructed views, and noise. brbr**There are washer and dryers in the building for guests to use that accept credit card.brbr**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the condo or on the balcony.brbr** Local guests must contact host before booking.brbr** The building complex does not permit parking for trailers, boats, RVs, or other oversized vehicles. There is a public parking lot nearby for them, but it is not gated or monitored. brbr** Pets are not permitted and there are no exceptions.
