This lovely property has been recently remodeled. It features 2 bedrooms and two full baths with a fully-equipped kitchen and newer appliances. As our guests we happily provide towels, bedding, and linens as well as a washer and dryer. Our kitchen has everything you need to make a fabulous dinner or a picnic in the yard. You just need to provide the goodies! During your stay you can take in a beautiful view of Lake Erie and lovely breeze while sipping a cup of coffee in our three season porch. If you need to do a little work away from the office, we have internet available as well as cable tv. Should you want to enjoy local shopping or the night life, you will be within driving distance to the Jet Express, Miller Ferry, Cedar Point, and local shopping. This is a monthly rental and is available for extended stays.brbrbrAs this is strictly a monthly rental the rates you see posted as daily are approximate. Pool is officially closed for the 2023 season, but it is typically reopened on Memorial Day.brbrThe Clinton Reef Club is a great place to stay when visiting the Lake Erie Shores. The condo complex is a short drive from downtown Port Clinton and about a 15-minute walk along the lake on a nice day. The neighbors are friendly people, but since it is a condo, we ask that you please respect their privacy and the established quiet hours. Port Clinton has several great restaurants to choose from, but the unit has a full kitchen and cooking utensils, so you can eat-in if you prefer. The condo complex has a pool, sauna, and hot tub, but the pool doesn’t open until Memorial Day weekend. We do NOT have cable TV, but we do have YouTube TV, where you can watch live television. Kids will be happy to know that we have Disney+ and Hulu. brbrThe condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so prepare yourself for some exercise. The complex has a community pool, hot tub, and sauna. Pool bracelets must be worn and unfortunately lost bracelets are $25/each. The laminate flooring in the bedrooms, living room, and hallway are brand new (2022). We have smart TV’s in the living and master bedroom. There are also private balconies off the living and master bedroom. We sincerely hope you enjoy the condo as much as we do.
