Lake Front Nautical Themed Home with Private Yard & Sandy Bottom Water Access!

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful cottage!! The property was so clean and comfortable it felt like home the minute we walked in! You guys thought of everything! The mattresses are so comfortable we all slept great! We definitely will be coming back!!!!!

Perfect place for our family vacation. Plenty of room and great views. Everything we needed to relax.

We loved how close we were to the lake. We didn’t do much except sit by the lake for a week and watch the birds and boats. We did have a bit of bad weather. The lake withdrew one day from high winds. Pretty cool experience. Seiche I believe.

The house was in a great location and the pictures were all accurate. What a beautiful view! Plenty of room in the house. My only complaint is the king size bed is not actually a king sized mattress so I kept falling in the middle where the 2 mattresses kept separating. The wi fi stopped working our last full day there. I messaged about it, and a light bulb being out, and never got a response.

Right on the lake and close to all major attractions.

Great location to lighthouses, Cedar Point, small towns to explore as well as being on the shore of Lake Erie! Was a 5 sister trip to catch up on life and enjoy each other’s company. House was as described....clean and roomy with great outdoor area and we loved the firepit on the shore. Thanks for helping us to make memories we will never forget!

We had a great stay. The house was great with plenty of room. Responses from Allen were timely. It was great being able to walk several hundred feet on packed sand in the lake. However, there was one large step to get in. Really enjoyed the area too. Went to Marblehead lighthouse, Johnson Island, and the peach, perch, pierogi and polka festival. We would rent again. We had a great time on Lake Erie. Allen was great to communicate with and very responsive. The ability to walk out the back door right into the water was a game-changer with two teenage boys. The water is not deep at all and we were able to walk out several hundred feet and barely get to our waist. Space was very comfortable for four of us and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook most meals.

Property and backyard patio was perfect with lake views. House was very clean and spacious. Kitchen had all we needed to make dinner. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our family stayed here for a couple of days. The two living areas are open to the kitchen so we never felt like we were on top of each other. I just wish there was a dishwasher since we like to cook in. The outdoor space is wonderful. The yard was great for playing games. At night we enjoyed the fire pit by the lake. Would be nice to have a couple more chairs

We stayed here during a nearby family vacation and it was great for what we needed. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the property as much as we might have wanted to. It was clean and comfortable. The house is dated but in a welcoming and comfy way. The only thing I didn’t like was that it is very close to houses on both sides and there was no great way to get in and out of the water should you want to take advantage of the location.

Our family had a great stay at the lake house. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was clean and comfortable. Ten steps from the back door to the water wall was amazing. We would like to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was close proximity to everything we liked or wanted to do.
