Out of all the categories the one place that I could have rated low was the accuracy of the listing...it's actually 1,000% better than advertised! The house is adorable, the grounds are adorable, having a park next door with kids was something that made our lives so easy. Also, if you're lucky enough to have a hands on approach with JuJu and bozo DO IT. The service you experience is next level and can only be accomplished with a team that actually cares and sincerely wants you happy. If you've ever read the book The New Gold Standard you'd know she knows what she is doing!!! See you soon.

We had a fantastic long weekend at the Tower with 8 adults and 6 children. The location was ideal for our activities, and the house was fully equipped, feeling just like home. A nearby park allowed the kids to play while adults relaxed by the fire. The host, Juju, was warm and dedicated to ensuring our stay was perfect. Thank you!

The property and home were perfect for the occasion. Perfectly located and with the most welcoming host. The amenities in the home were beyond what to be expected with enough space for all 19 of the house guests. Thank you to Sunnyside for providing the perfect backdrop for our most important celebration.

Juju is great! When we arrived she gave us a tour of the house and some history about it. She had a fully stocked tea and snack bar for us. She made a couple snack trays as well so the groomsmen had something to snack on while we got ready! On checkout day she had set up a full coffee and pastry bar for us so that when we got up we could eat and drink coffee after a long night! The home was beautiful and full of history and offered all 15 of us that stayed great privacy from each other!

We stayed here for Bash on the Bay with a group of friends and couldn’t have been more pleased. The owners greeted us upon arrival for a tour. The amount of extras and the level of pampering we received at this property was comparable to a five star spa resort. Every detail imaginable was taken care of from prepared snacks to unpacking our kitchen items. The beds were not only crisp and clean but extremely comfortable. The property is immaculate and beautifully decorated to say the least. I highly recommend booking this property from these amazingly friendly people. We definitely will be back.

Family met for a long weekend from a few different places. Accommodations were outstanding. Hosts were onsight to greet us and give us a tour. Large yard to sit, eat play in with a fire pit and a supply of wood. Many items stored in pantry and well labeled. Plenty of dishes, cups, glasses etc. We brought our basic food to cook. So much more to enjoy. Playground next door: basketball, tennis and pickleball courts. Supplies for all are at the house. Close to the ferry to Put in Bay. I highly recommend Sunnyside Tower for your group. The host and hostess were delightful and love sharing their place. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. I’m sure we will be back.

We loved our stay at Sunnyside -- Juju is the best hostess ever! The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and the appetizer refrigerator and snack island were such a surprise. Besides morning coffee, Juju made coffee all day long for us. She was also very helpful with restaurant and seafood store recommendations. And, when I forgot my birthday decorations for my husband's big birthday, she pulled out decorations (more festive than mine) and set both tables with candles and nice china! It was above and beyond and beautiful! There is so much to do -- our group used all the bikes, played basketball, played pickleball, did puzzles, played chess, and watched several football games on the big screen TV. There is also a lot to do in the surrounding area. We spent a day at Cedar Point. I highly recommend Sunnyside!

The property was very nice, especially considering the historic age of the house. The outdoor space was great for eating out and evening bonfires. Julie is very detailed and made sure the experience was great.
