This is a townhouse apartment located steps away from Miller’s Ferry, on Catawba Island. About 100 steps from the Ferry property and about 200 steps to the shore! This is a quiet location within a triplex. There are two upstairs bedrooms with new floors upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs has a full bathroom and both bedrooms have TVs.
