To the west of this condo, there is a nice beach and Docks Beach house with great food, drinks and entertainment. To the east of the condo, you can walk across the bridge to the the Jet Express and downtown Port Clinton. On the east side of the property, we have a beautiful pool with a hot tub. This property offers the only private beach and private pool in the area.brbrThe only thing between this condo and the water is a nice grassy area and the break wall.
