This charming cottage features 3 bedrooms, 1 loft, and 2 full bathrooms. brbrInside, enjoy a bright open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, oversized island, dining space for meals or game nights, and a cozy living area with Smart TV. Cable and internet are provided. brbrMake your way on through the cottage to find the master bedroom with an attached bathroom on the main floor. There is another full bathroom in the downstairs hallway. Continuing through, there are two additional private bedrooms upstairs along with a twin bed loft accessed by a ladder. You can rest assured on the memory-foam mattresses and freshly laundered linens. You will also find a washer and dryer inside. brbrJust off of the living room is a private patio with a hot tub – perfect for unwinding after a day on the water! You can sip your morning coffee on the covered front porch or can fire up the grill to cook your favorite meal at the community grilling area. Boardwalk Village guests will have access to enjoy both pools, outdoor dining areas, a four-season pool house, yard games, and more. Free parking is also available for guests. Guests will receive a door code prior to arrival for an easy self-check-in.brbrWe’re just minutes from downtown Celina, where there you’ll find plenty of shopping and dining options. Parking at BOARDWALK GRILL is prohibited unless you are dining at the restaurant.brbrPOOL: We will provide 8 wristbands in your unit for each guest to access the pool areas. This pre-authorized/pending charge will fall off of your account if none of the above happen. This beautiful lake front home features an inground swimming pool, sprawling backyard, a picturesque lakeview, wildlife, plentiful seating for lounging and dining, a firepit, swingset and other games! While the outside is paradise, the inside is extremely spacious and features 2 full kitchens, a walk-out basement and lots of living and dining space while sleeping 18. brbrThe inground salt water pool is 16x32 has a lounge area of 1 feet and then 2 feet deep with a majority of the pool being ~4-5 feet deep great for relaxing, cooling down or playing your favorite pool game. Pool opens Mid-May and will close October 1, unless weather permits a longer season. Ask host prior to booking!brbrFor nature enthusiasts, our place is just a half of a mile from a wildlife preserve so you will see many birds and wildlife throughout your stay. We often see bluebirds, cardinals, geese, hawks, blue herons and occasional deer and majestic bald eagles! brbrThe backyard includes a tremendous amount of patio space and seating for all guest. The large upper balcony offers exceptional views, seats six to dine just off the kitchen, and a relaxing area with gliders to enjoy your morning coffee and maybe a deer or bald eagle sighting! The lower level seats eight to eat, has a bar and bar stools, pool loungers, and beach chairs to enjoy the pool. brbrIf you or the kids need a break from the pool, you can enjoy the swingset, giant Connect Four, and Cornhole. Don't forget to bring your favorite yard games to enjoy in the large backyard! Get out to the water to fish or check out the views on one of the kayaks. Wind down after a fun day with a relaxing campfire and make some smores! brbrThere are marinas close by for boat rentals. If you’d like to bring your own boat, there are public boat slips within ¼ mile to drop your boat in the water. We have boat ties on our sea wall but the lake water levels can vary depending on the season, so there is not always boat access directly to the house. Boat docks can be rented at Kozy Kampground for $10/day with access to the lake. Kozy Kampground is 0.8 miles from the house.brbrThere is plenty to do not only at the house but in the surrounding area. The house is close to the Montezuma bike path, numerous restaurants, and a great park. Celina is a short drive away where you can enjoy coffee shops, restaurants, boutique shopping, parks, & the splash pad. Other places within a short distance to explore include local breweries, wineries, golf courses, and more! brbrCome on inside! The main floor kitchen (yes there are 2 kitchens!) is great to cook in for a large group. It boasts a large refrigerator/freezer, double ovens, induction stove top, dishwasher, and microwave. Plenty of extra cabinets and a large pantry style cabinet to house all the dry goods you bring. brbrRight around the corner of the kitchen and by the patio is the coffee nook. The dual Keurig gives you the choice of brewing a whole pot of your favorite coffee or if you like to do the K-cup singles you have that option as well. With that, a $250 security deposit will show as a pre-authorized/pending charge on your credit card prior to your check-in. This is to cover any broken, stolen, damaged and/or irreplaceable items, and smoking anywhere inside the unit. This pre-authorized/pending charge will fall off of your account if none of the above happen. If the cost of damages exceeds the $250 security deposit, the additional amount will be charged to the card on file. br brCANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy is a 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival, no refund within 30 days of check-in.
