Powered entirely by a premium solar and battery system, the home invites you to live in harmony with the rhythm of the day. Ramp up the ducted climate control while the afternoon sun is shining, then open the expansive glass doors to let the evening coastal cross-breezes cool the space. When night falls, close the doors to the absolute, quiet stillness of a highly insulated, double-glazed passive cocoon.

The Space

The main living area feels instantly calming, boasting beautiful cathedral ceilings flooded with northern winter sun. At the heart of the home is a gourmet kitchen featuring premium finishes and a professional-grade Bertazzoni cooker, centered around a generous island bench made for socializing. Directly adjacent sits an expansive dining table, anchored by a dramatic, circular industrial candelabra chandelier hanging from the high ceiling above—the perfect setting for long, atmospheric dinners.

Step outside onto the covered deck for an evening BBQ, or wander down to the fire pit. Here, you can gather fallen timber from across the property to build an open fire under a blanket of stars. Beyond the fire pit, the property opens up to a scenic, spring-fed dam.

The Grounds & Location

Outside, the property is defined by vast, park-like grassed areas shaded by scattered tall trees. Walking tracks weave around pockets of natural bushland that feature magnificent, large tree ferns.

Just beyond the grounds, the fire trails of Conjola National Park begin right at the front gate, leading you straight through the bush to the shores of Swan Lake. When you wish to venture out, the local golf course is just 2km away, and the township, beaches, and waterways are a short 5km drive.
