The airconditioned, 4 bedroom, fully furnished, beach house is just meters from the beach and a stroll to the Lake and The Entrance Village. It is designed for 2 families on holiday, fishing mates, golfing buddies or just a romantic weekend away for 2 on the coast. brbr====================brbrThe house features open plan living areas (family, lounge, rear alfresco, games room, front porch, with floating floorboards throughout.brbr4 bedrooms with 6 separate beds can accomodate a maximun of 10 people. See the bedding configuration in the photos.brbrThe lounge room has a large wall mounted UHD flat screen SMART TV with Netflix, Spotify, Amazon Prime, DVD Player with an assortment of movies, a small book library, children's toys, and a piano-organ to play on if you're feeling musical! brbrThe well sized living/dining area has reverse-cycle air-conditioning and a Stereo-TV combo. It opens up to the alfresco outdoor entertaining area through large glass french doors onto a multi-level wooden deck.brbrThe renovated kitchen includes a dishwasher, filtered water, and a new fridge/freezer combo. The kitchen is fully equipped, and contains cooking ingredients. There is a Breville coffee barista machine, and an Aldi pod coffee brewer. Yes we have a high chair and kids toys.brbrThe renovated games studio features reverse-cycle air-conditioning, a pool table with optional table tennis top, a large UHD flat screen SMART TV with sound bar set up for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Spotify and Music videos. It has a really cool retro games console, and a separate cocktail kitchenette. brbrThe covered alfresco backyard is very relaxing with a large outdoor setting and BBQ area, A secluded 6 person hot tub is nestled on the back lawn between the palm trees. Sun-lounges, a large wooden deck, and bar stools create a great daytime entertaining area. There is a large fan on the ceiling in case the breeze drops!brbrAfter a day out fishing, surfing or swimming, the heated outdoor shower by the back gate is the perfect way to wash off unwanted salt and sand. The stainless steel fishing sink is used to fillet your catch (put the scraps in a plastic bag in the red bin pls), and use the Bait Freezer in the kitchenette to keep your fish fresh! Cold beers and drinks can be stored above the bait fridge/freezer!brbrThe best place for Sundowners is on the front porch, or back on top of the sandunes on the beach chairs there overlooking the ocean.brbrA single covered car-port is located at the end of the driveway, and another 2-3 cars can fit behind that. On-street parking is also available of course.brbrThe front and back yard is fully fenced and pets are permitted outside.brbrThis home offers coastal living at its finest so you can relax & unwind whilst listening to the waves crash.brbrBUT WHAT CAN I DO THERE :-)brbr- Bring your own tinny to explore the Tuggerah Lake. This waterway is very popular for fishing, or just pull up to the Entrance Village for lunch! Or contact me to hire our tinny with bimini and a 4HP outboard motor. Boat hire is also available in the Entrance Village from The Entrance Boat Shed.brbr- If you love fishing, the North Entrance surf beach is a local's secret for uncrowded surf fishing! Lake fishing is also popular and night prawning is an experience. Use the bait fridge/freezer in the studio to store your bait and when you rerturn use the outdoor fishing sink to gut and fillet your catch. What you don't cook on the BBQ you can store back in the freezer! Salmon, whiting, jewfish, flathead, bream, and blue swimmer crabs are all waiting for you :-) Help yourself to the rods at Gone To The Beach shed if you're a novice or bring your favourite rods to guarantee fishing success!brbr- Enjoy walking in nature Tracks both south and north are very fulfilling. br10km+ on the sandy beach north takes you from the front door uninterupted to the Norah Heads lighthouse. We usually Uber back ;-) Going south are ready made coastal tracks to Terrigal and beyond!brbr- Of course the North Entrance is renown for its surfing, and you know the waves are good when the street fills with day-surfers. You are welcome to borrow a board from Gone To The Beach in the side shed. We have short boards, skimmers, and a long malibu to use. Don't forget a leg strap! And please wash down and return ;-)brbr- Gone to the beach is central to many golf clubs. We've played at Magenta, and Shelly Beach, Touklry, Erina Creek, Gosford, Drummond, Gosford, Kooindah Waters, Toukley, Wyong golf clubs, and Bateau Bay and Doyalson Springs driving ranges are a short drive away. Have a round then come back for a swim and a beer in the spa!brbr- If you are a foody, the Entrance offers plenty of variety from good old fish and chips to authentic Indian cusine. Our favourite is the Spanish tapas restaurant; great sangrias! Best bet is to walk along the track on top of the dunes, then cut inland to cross over the Entrance bridge, and explore!brbr- or if you just want time out for bird-watching, reading books, playing games, watching the house collection of DVDs or Netflix. or just sitting back and watching life go by on the beach, then this is the location for you!brbr====================brbrYou have full access to the whole house and the studio.brOnly the owners storage (locked) and the back shed (locked) are out of access.brThe Hot tub is optional to use and has a surcharge. It is kept locked for safety reasons, and is always hot. Cleaning gear is located in the kitchen cupboard. Please empty fridges/freezers, close windows, lock doors, return fishing rods, surfboards and push bikes etc, and return keys to the Key Safe. Spa is to be left clean too... Thankyou.brbrAll guests are different and as we try to keep the initial price down, wear and tear does add up... Please be sure to put out on Thursday night!brbrANSWERS TO SOME FEEDBACKbr- The bath/shower can be tricky for elderly to use as you need to step up in to the tub. The shower in the 2nd bathroom/laundry is the alternative.br- The pool table is a 7 foot table because thats the size that fits to the room. The pingpong table rests on top and bats/balls are in the shelf. br- The DVDs, books and games are 'old'. Yep they are collectors items :-)br- There is no power adapter for your Telsla. There is a 240V power outlet under the outside security light you may be able to use to trickle-charge your EV.br- The inside dining table is a bench configuration. We fit 4 on each side and move the kitchen bar stools to either end to make a table for 10. If that is too cramped for your liking, you can seat 2 people at the kitchen bench. We usually eat outside on the 10 seater in the alfresco entertaining area.br- We provide the basics in terms of staples in the pantry, initial toilet paper in holders, cleaning equipment, and a few dishwasher tablets. Please bring plenty of everything so you dont run out!br- Please respect that we are sharing our holiday house with you. Dont trash it and dont expect you are at the Sheraton ;-)br- In general, please respect our house. It is not a hotel, and renting does not give you the right to leave it dirty, untidy, move the furniture around, leave your garbage on the floor, make up your own bbq on the lawn etc. A professional clean approx 2 hours is included in the rate; if you leave it in a mess and more than 2 hours cleaning is needed you will be charged for it.

If anyone chooses to use the direct sandy slope, please do so with extreme caution and close supervision. Use of the direct slope is strictly at your own risk, and we strongly recommend that elderly guests and young children do not use it.brFor a safer option, we suggest walking or driving to the surf club access point approximately 300m north of the property via the main route.brbrDeck note (erosion impact):brCoastal erosion has caused some broken tiles toward the far end of the deck. Repairs are being arranged. In the meantime, please take extra care around this area.brbrPlease note while the public beach access way remains closed.
