CASA DE ICE - 6bed, 17acres, Wellness Retreat

Santa Fe, New Mexico, United States

One of Santa Fe’s most unforgettable stays—CASA DE ICE is a luxury adobe estate on 17 private acres, just 6 min from Canyon Road and 8 min from the Plaza.brbrWith 6 bedrooms, designer interiors, a hot tub, infrared sauna, cold plunge, fitness room, bocce ball court, outdoor firepits, outdoor living, and a pool table, it’s built for connection and fun.brbrAuthentic charm meets modern luxury in this high-desert escape.brbrDon’t settle for ordinary—book the place people come back to again and again.brThe spacebrYou want more than just another vacation. You want a story you’ll talk about for years.brbrThat’s exactly why CASA DE ICE exists.brbrSet on 17 private acres of high-desert beauty just 6 minutes from Canyon Road and 8 minutes from the historic Santa Fe Plaza, CASA DE ICE is a luxury adobe estate built for connection, restoration, and unforgettable memories.brbrBecause we’ve been there too—cramming into bland hotel rooms, bumping elbows in crowded rentals, and feeling trapped in spaces that were never designed for actual rest.brbrSanta Fe is too magical for a vacation that’s just “fine.” You deserve and need more.brbrWe have a large family, which is why we designed the space to be the perfect retreat and refuge where everyone can fit under one roof.brbrbrbrbrbrROOM TO SPREAD OUT :br• Five spacious king bedrooms for ultimate privacybr• One bunk room with four twin beds, perfect for kids or additional guestsbr• Four fully renovated bathrooms with curated detailsbr• Sleeps up to 12 Adults plus children comfortably (Santa Fe County occupancy limit)br• Two separate living areas, ideal for spreading out or having space to gatherbr• Bonus kitchenette on the far side of the home for added flexibilitybr• Authentic adobe construction with thick walls, flagstone + brick floors, rustic vigas and latillasbr• Brand-new HVAC system for year-round comfortbrbrbrWe can sleep 14 comfortably, but our occupancy (set by Santa Fe County) is 12 adults + small children. We do not permit any more than that number.brbr⸻brbrBUILT FOR GATHERING :br• Fully renovated chef’s kitchen with high-end Viking appliances and expansive islandbr• Large indoor dining table for shared meals and long conversationsbr• Two cozy living spacesbr• 4 wood-burning indoor Kiva fireplacesbr• Designed to feel like home—but betterbrbr⸻brbrWELLNESS + PLAY :br• Large 7-person hot tub with private courtyardbr• Infrared sauna and cold plunge for wellness and recoverybr• Dedicated fitness area with weights and yoga equipmentbr• Game and entertainment room with pool table, retro arcade, and TV loungebrbr⸻brbrOUTDOOR LIVING THAT INSPIRESbr• Custom-built circular firepit modeled after the Four Seasons Santa Febr• Traditional outdoor Kiva fireplace perfect for chilly nights and storytellingbr• Several outdoor dining areas for quiet breakfasts or sunset dinnersbr• Professional bocce ball court for some friendly competitionbr• Blackstone grill for easy outdoor cookingbr• Wildlife sightings often include deer, coyotes, rabbits, and the occasional bobcatbrbr⸻brbrThis home wasn’t made for ordinary vacations. It was made for gathering. For late-night laughter, early-morning coffee on the porch, and stories passed around the fire. It was made for slowing down, reconnecting, and creating the kind of memories that live on long after you’ve gone home.brbrCASA DE ICE isn’t just a place—it’s where your favorite Santa Fe stories begin.brGuest accessbrThe entire estate.brOther things to notebrBEDS / SLEEPINGbrSleeping 14 involves 2 people / bed (we have 5 king beds = 10 people), and 4 twin bunk beds.brbrThe bunk beds are twin size and sturdy custom built ins.brbrHVAC + HEATING & COOLINGbrCasa De Ice features minisplit HVAC units in the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, and King Suites. The mini-splits provide both heating and cooling.brbrThe bunk room and hall king feature electric baseboard heating. They are all equipped with fans and windows can be opened for cooling and airflow.brbrWe also provide a few extra stand alone plug in heaters, if you need some additional heat in a bathroom or sunroom.brbrWOODbrWe provide one stack of firewood for our guests to use for their stay. Additional firewood can be purchased by guests at local stores.brbrPARKINGbrThere is a large gravel parking area that can accommodate 3-4 cars and will allow you plenty of room to turn around.brbrTVsbrAt Casa de Ice, you’ll find just 2 TV's, located in the game room and also 2nd living room, perfect family movie nights and gathering with friends. We’ve intentionally limited the number of TV's to foster meaningful connections, encourage unplugged moments, and help you fully embrace the peaceful magic of this home. Here, it’s all about great conversations, playing games, reading, and making memories with your loved ones.brbrACCESSIBILITY NOTEbrCasa de Ice is an older property brick and flagstone floors and few small steps and out, as well as a gravel driveway and pathways. Much of the outdoor space features natural terrain, which adds to the rustic charm and connection to the Santa Fe landscape. However, this may make the property less suitable for guests who have difficulty navigating stairs, uneven surfaces, or gravel. We encourage you to consider these details when planning your stay to ensure the experience is a perfect fit for you.brbrNOISEbrPlease be mindful of loud noises outside.brbrBecause the area is so quiet, sound will travel in the back arroyo and easily disturbs neighbors. We ask that you would be respectful and help us continue to be great neighbors to our community.brbrWe have outdoor quiet hours between 10pm - 7:00am. Please wrap up fire pit usage by 10:30pm.brbrEVENTSbrThe home is not to be used for events, unless they are for 14 or less people and have been approved by management prior to booking the residence.
