Quiet And Convenient ~ Minutes To Historic Plaza ~ 3 Fireplaces!

The property was conveniently located for our needs. We enjoyed the large kitchen/dining space for our family gatherings and especially appreciated the fireplaces.

Pick this location as it was near family. I suggest bringing your own toilet paper, the one provided was very public bathroom flimsy.

This house was a great fit for a family gathering! The rooms are big and comfortable - very comfortable couches with throws for cool evenings. So much space! Beautifully decorated. Very quiet. It is a very short drive from downtown Santa Fe and a short walk to Clafoutis!It can be difficult to find if you arrive after dark.

The house looked like the posting and it was tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was located close to a Whole Foods

The house was a good space for our large family, and we lived the outdoor space. We cooked meals, and the kitchen worked well. The house needs to be cleaned better, and we couldnt get all the AC to work. The management company was responsive but the AC units just wouldn’t stay on.

Clean, right size for our group of six. Convenient location for access to downtown and to venues in the surrounding towns or mountains.

Cody comfortable house, perfect for a family Christmas stay. Plenty of room, comfortable furnishings, amply furnished large kitchen. Space for dining together, playing card games, doing puzzles. Great location to all of Santa Fe’s wonderful areas.

We were in town for a concert at the Santa Fe Opera House and this was a perfect location! We had some questions about the cooling system, and Bob was very responsive!

We three sibs enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and accommodating. Beautiful neighborhood and surroundings. Convenient access to the Plaza. Our only issues were the following: there were many light switches and fan switches which were very confusing as to which switch went to which fixture. Easily resolved if you just label each light/fan switch. The lighting in the main living room is very dim.as was the primary bedroom. The air conditioner in primary bedroom did not seem to work, but the temperature was not particularly hot, and the ceiling fan was adequate. Not sure how this could be remedied, but two cockroaches were killed in the bathroom on main level. All that said, we would book this property again.
