Located right in the center of everything, enjoy an easy stroll to the Plaza, Canyon Road, museums, restaurants, cafes, galleries, parks and cathedrals; feel the old world charm and the early-19th-century glamour of Palace Avenue.

First floor include:
Large formal living room with a gorgeous antique fireplace and historic double doors opening to the extra large veranda facing Palace Avenue.
- Large formal dining room with incredible antique windows
- Spacious kitchen with two sinks, kitchen island and bar seating and access to the back veranda leading to the beautiful and serene backyard with an open fire pit and plenty of dining and lounge seating,
- Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with dual sinks
- Powder room (half bathroom)
Second floor includes:
- Three gorgeous bedrooms with large windows and exquisite views of the famous Santa Fe sunsets. Blue room - king size bed with En suite bathroom. Green room- king size bed, Purple room- queen size bed.
For extra charge we offer the Orange office with single bed facing the beautiful green hills.

I wanted friends and family to join me for my 60Th birthday in a convenient location where everyone could stay under one roof. After searching many locations and possible properties I found the perfect spot in Santa Fe. I could not have asked for anything better. The property manager was incredibly helpful and always replied when needed. He even brought a new coffee maker within 20 minutes of calling him. Great location, awesome house. Perfect for large groups or families. We will be back!

A classic Santa Fe Estate, now converted to a guest home in a central location with access to many of the treasures of this town. The grounds are beautifully kept gardens. There is ample parking (a rarity in central Santa Fe) The hosts are very welcoming, and responsive to our questions.

A gem - elegantly decorated, comfortable house located in the heart of Santa Fe. Well suited for entertaining, walking distance to everything. Perfect for our group of 5 unrelated adults - plenty of room to spread out and lovely outdoor spaces. Highly considerate host. Beautifully appointed rooms and excellent bathrooms. 1907 stately house.
