Casa de Gracia is a private compound that sits on a leafy, quiet street of beautiful adobe homes in the Historic Eastside and world-famous Canyon Road. It is an ideal sanctuary for live/work with high-speed internet and dedicated office space. This bright, airy house features over 20 skylights that welcome New Mexico’s 360 days of sunshine. Outdoors, enjoy shaded gardens, alfresco dining, a propane fire pit, and a game lounge with a pool table for relaxing or entertaining. Casa de Gracia is located in a charming neighborhood perfect for walking and exploring dozens of galleries, restaurants, cafes, boutiques, museums, historic sites, The Plaza, Santa Fe River, and nearby parks.



LIVING AREA

The living area is flooded with natural light and is centered around a cozy and atmospheric gas fireplace and smart TV.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen is fully equipped for a home cook with granite countertops, a matching backsplash, and high-end stainless steel appliances. The adjacent dining room seats up to eight guests.



BED AND BATH

The primary suite has a king bed, a spacious en-suite bath, and it opens onto the rear garden. Both guest bedrooms have queen beds, and they share a hallway bathroom. There is a separate guest house/casita that has a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and an additional kitchen.



OUTDOOR SPACE

Unwind in tree-shaded gardens front and back, with alfresco dining for six, a babbling fountain, and a gas grill for outdoor meals. Enjoy starlit evenings by the cozy propane fire pit, or head inside to the game lounge with a pool table for some relaxed fun and friendly competition.

    Overall lovely homeSome issues included- 1 there were some exposed nails in the living room flooring. 2 Ice machine didn’t dispense ice 3 Hot water in master bedroom took 2-3 minutes to warm up. Leads to waste of water. 4 Non stick pans heavily scratched and need replacing. Not safe for use. Generally a great place to stay in a wonderful location.

    Loved our stay. As a lifetime New Mexican, the house reflects the best of Old Santa Fe Culture. Walking distance to everything wonderful. Will book again for sure.

    We were so happy with our stay in this home in Santa Fe. The house was spacious and well equipped. The art was amazing. The location was perfect, walkable to the galleries on Canyon Road and just a short drive to the downtown plaza. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. But our lasting impression was just how gorgeous this property was, inside and out. It was a luxury experience!

    My friends and I have stayed in many top tier rentals in many resort cities and this was by far the best! Immaculate, pristine, perfect decor, and all the necessities but with quality. Check in and check out was seamless. This was also within walking distance of the all the galleries. Fabulous.

    This lovely and appointed home half block off canyon road galleries has been amazing for our family of 7. Three bedrooms 3baths in the main house and a 1 bedroom-kitchen casita and office in the backyard gave everyone room to hang alone , and together ! We cooked many meals and had plenty of kitchen items,and a long family dinner table to hold all of us . The house is walking distance to canyon road galleries and the plaza. There was even branded shampo / conditioner in the shower. Our interactions with the host were helpful and clear. Our family would love to come back to Two Casitas anytime.

    The house and casita were absolutely gorgeous, and perfectly located. We could easily walk to the plaza for shopping and amazing food. The property was also wonderfully comfortable with enough space for the whole party (5 adults and 2 kids).

    One of the best houses we’ve stayed in! Beautifully decorated and very thoughtful with the amenities and organization. The courtyard was a wonderful addition to the space. Perfect location right off Canyon Road and an easy walk to the Plaza. Great for families! Extremely clean and the management company was very responsive. We'd love to return! The middle bedroom has skylights so is best for early risers.
