Modern & Cozy Santa Fe Escape

There were 3 of us and it was nice to have 3 bedrooms & baths. Nice living area. The backyard table & grill looked nice although we didn't get a chance to enjoy them. Great location, most everything was nearby.

This property is in the perfect location for shopping and a quick drive to the Santa Fe Plaza area. Very clean, great communication with owner and wonderful outdoor area.

Location is amazing only 2 miles to plaza. House is very beautiful n clean BUT it’s technically not 3 bedrooms as one room has sofa bed two adults cannot sleep on it. It is misleading. It should say 5 adults max. A portable fire pit in the back would be lovely. Other than the discomfort of that bed we had a great time.

This lovely house was perfect for 3 of us - we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The location was fabulous - close to downtown Santa Fe and also located near the highway so that we could easily explore other towns. The house was beautifully decorated and was very clean.

We had a fantastic stay on our first trip to Santa Fe! Everything was as advertised. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, and peaceful and the location was close to everything we wanted to see. We all really appreciated the special, personal touches that made us feel both welcomed, and right at home the moment we arrived. We would also like acknowledge the exceptional customer service. Communication was always prompt, and we are all extremely grateful for the flexibility and generosity that was extended to us. We will be back!

The home was in great shape and a very comfortable place for us to stay - 2 adults with 2 full-size dogs. The location is really nice, less than a mile to a large off-leash dog part and close to lots of dining choices as well. We enjoyed ourselves, and thank you.

This property was in an excellent location, had all the amenities we needed (we did meal prep a couple days), and was very clean. Prompt response and follow through from the property managers. Toiletries, laundry supplies, coffee/filters all provided and greatly appreciated.

We loved staying at the house. It was spacious and had a lot of amenities. The home was within walking distance to downtown Santa Fe so we walked everywhere. The house was very clean and well organized. Our hosts were responsive.

This home and yard are perfect for a family to enjoy Santa Fe. The yard is wonderful for dogs. The beds, showers, and details were all in top form. One special detail is everything is on one level, which is great for mobility limited people.

Perfect for families or a girls trip. Safe and quiet neighborhood close to downtown shopping, restaurants, landmarks and grocery stores. Well equipped kitchen and most importantly very clean. The management company was quick to respond when needed. We will definitely be back!

This home has everything in the kitchen , foil paper olive oil, coffee, garbage bags, dish soap. Everything just like home . Excellent utensils plates and glassware. There are loads of towels and extra blankets, and a super larger laundry area. We loved having a real fireplace, with wood provided. We would definitely rent again .

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pictures were accurate, hosts were good communicators, check in was easy, and rental was clean. Great location close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

This is truly a modern and cosy place to stay. We have stayed at numerous short term rentals and have never stayed in one so well kitted out! Absolutely everything was provided and all newish and clean. We made Thanksgiving dinner for 8 and had adequate pots, pans, dinnerware, cutlery, basic seasonings, etc. The bathrooms had lovely fluffy white towels. Basic toiletries. Great instruction notebook with numerous recommendations. Games, TVs and a lovely check in gift! Perfect layout for us with Grandparents, adults and kids and dogs.

Property was clean. Nice size lot, with a wall around the backyard. Neighborhood was quiet. Overall a very nice experience.

Everything about this rental was great! The communication with the property owners/managers was prompt and thorough. Checking in was a breeze. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance of a grocery store and only 15 minutes walk to the main plaza. plaza.

Very clean and nicely stocked. Convient location. All new appliances, including washer and dryer. There were 5 senior women, having 3 bathrooms was great. Would definitely stay again.

We were on a work sabbatical and really enjoyed staying at Rio Vista! You thought of everything and we were happy you did. Beautiful safe place. Beds were comfy, enjoyed cooking outside and overall a lovely time.
