Therefore, out of consideration for my neighbors, I need to point out that loud behavior and noise outside after 9:30 pm will not be tolerated. Off street parking for 2 cars. Large backyard with shower and both gas and charcoal grills, a great place to leave sandy beach chairs and eat outside. Master BR (King bed), BR 2 (Queen bed). BR 3 has one Queen & two twins in bunk configuration (Check photo to ensure it is acceptable to your needs). Towels and sheets are NOT provided. Smoking outside only. House is clean and comfortable, not fancy. Cable TV in living room. Smart TV in master bedroom. WiFi.
