Garden House 1st fl. No steps

10 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Enjoyable outdoor space--so appreciated having a driveway parking spot. Owner communication is prompt and polite.

Due my husbands disability we have not gone away in 7 years. This month he suggested going away. The Garden house was amazing. Easy access for him to go in and out. We definitely recommend. The host are quick to respond to any question.

An incredibly comfortable place to stay. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We will stay here again!

Great property for a last minute weekend getaway. Only downside is that it’s a bit of a walk to the beach. Other than that, we enjoyed it very much.

The property is adorable and is super clean. The kitchen was stocked with supplies and the outdoor porch was great. We really enjoyed our time!

Of course the pictures are always nicer than the actual house, but it was super clean. It’s an older home so the floors were not even close to being level. The second bedroom has some kind of a water filter or heater in the closet. So every time the water was used on the first or second floor this thing made an awful sound for the next five-ten minutes. Not a restful sleep in that bedroom. Owner was super helpful, especially when the renters in the Carriage house were partying. One quick text and the extra guests left and all was calm. Thanks!!

The rental was clean bright and had two areas to sit front and side so we all had alittle privacy . Kitchen had more than enough new clean utensils and stuff. Well maintained comfortable new mattress . Overall very clean new and well kept

The Garden House was the perfect escape for our family! From the porch swing to the ice cream shop across the street. It was well thought out and very clean. A bit of a walk to the beach but our 3 kiddos (14, 12,10) handled it no problem. Quick drive to Cape May or the Wildwood Boardwalk.

Super cute spot! All the other tenants staying in the other units were so nice! Super easy walk to the beach! We very much enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much for everything!

Walkable to a few stores. Beach is walkable but a little far for kids. Quiet location but close to boardwalk. Everything was in great working order and fully Stocked kitchen.
