The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The owners have made some really nice improvements each year, keeping this unit updated and beautiful. It is a great location. You can walk to beach, bike rentals, walking path, playgrounds and a few small restaurants all in 5 min or less. Boardwalk is a short drive. Also a nice sized pool on the propery Great for families!! We loved it and are looking forward to returning next summer.

We had a 14 month old with us do wish the cleaning crew washed the floors a lot better but other then that great time very clean . Definitely booking next year and years to come

It was easy to book and they were very responsive to all my questions. The unit itself was large and had a nice view from the balcony. The kitchen living and dining areas were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of seating for our group. The pool was nice and never overcrowded. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The beach was close and easy to get to. We had a great tile and plan to stay again next year.

Unimpressed with everything else. Property was visibly dirty upon arrival. Directions for entering the property were incorrect, resulting in a need to contact one of the rental staff (the staff was clearly busy, loud in the background, etc.) and had to walk us through getting into the home. Not sure we will stay again.

Pool and hot tub very nice. One block to the park which was a great asset if you have kids. Unit very nice overall. Would stay here in the future. Management company very responsive to our questions.

They were too small!Also, there was a lot of dust on the TVs and baseboards. Still a very good vacation week.
