All the beach activities are now within easy reach. Enjoy free movies on Seaside white sandy beach every Sunday night, on Wednesday night Beach Fireworks. And the free Concerts on the Beach every Thursday.brbrNot only do we have a great location, but we also have one of the nicest houses in Seaside. brbrITEMS TO NOTE: brbr1) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund. brbr2) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. Parking is free on the street.brbr4) There is another house in back of the property that may be occupied by other guests during your stay. The backyard is a shared space.
