If guests enter the home before check in or stay later than check out, there will be a $250 fee.brbrThere is a maximum of four (4) guests at all times. If there is evidence of more than four (4) guests on the premises at any time, there will be a $500 fee.brbrAll guests must be over twenty-five (25) years of age, unless they are children with accompanying parents.
