Everyday I am adding my own flare to it, so that when you walk in I want my guests to feel welcome.brI am new to this VRBO so bare with me as I learn the ropes. This beach home is located right on the bay, and just 2 short blocks to the beach. Upon entering there is a huge sectional that can sit 10 people comfortably. brThere are 2 bedrooms located on the first floor as well as a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and one bedroom has a twin mattress in closet in case the little one wants to stay in your room. It can easily lay on floor for them. brThe eat in kitchen is also located right off the living room. Washer dryer and pantry are right off the kitchen. brUpstairs you have a oversized Master Bedroom with a king size bed that over looks the bay with breathtaking views. There is also a full private bathroom in the master. An additional sofa with TV in master suite to sit, relax and enjoy the peaceful views. An additional table and chairs to drink your morning coffee. Mini fridge and single keurig pot included. brThere is another bedroom with a king size bed and a pull out twin size mattress in closet if needed. brThe third bedroom on the 2nd floor has a full size bed and a twin size bed in it. There is also a full size bathroom with tub on the second floor, as well as a linen closet and mini fridge in the hallway. Total of 3 full bathrooms in the house. brOutside you will find a large Grill with a side burner. There is also an outdoor shower. 10 beach chairs and beach tags included. brbrSo many more amenities to list it’s endless. Just ask me and I will make sure if I don’t have it for you, I will get it! brI want your stay to be pleasant and relaxing.brThere is a nest doorbell located on front door for your safety. brThere is also 3 nest cameras on the home facing the dock so that I can monitor the work that I am having the workers complete.

The family room also features a new 50 inch smart TV adjacent to beautiful custom built-ins. Exit the family room through a sliding glass door onto a spacious back deck with a large dining table to enjoy an outdoor meal. brTo the right of the foyer area, you will enter a spacious kitchen with a large stainless steel gas range and oven. Other appliances include a large refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. The kitchen features a large eat in breakfast room with a table that seats 8 and an additional 40 inch Smart TV. Sliding glass doors in the kitchen lead you to yet another outdoor deck with four comfortable adirondack chairs. brBeyond the kitchen you will find a hallway with the three first floor bedrooms, a full bath, and a half bath featuring an indoor shower and sink. The first bedroom to your left features two twin beds each with a rolling trundle bed underneath. Across the hall you will find two additional bedrooms - one with a queen sized bed and then another with a queen size bed and a set of twin bunk beds. brStraight beyond the foyer, you will find a short hallway leading to a powder room and a convenient utility room which houses the washer and dryer as well as an additional refrigerator. The utility room also features an exit to the back deck. brAscend the spiral staircase in the foyer area to find two second floor bedrooms - one room with two twin beds and the other with a large King sized bed and en suite. Exit the sliding doors in this room to find a deck with impressive ocean views and an exterior staircase down to the front porch/deck area. brOff the front deck there is a beautifully maintained yard, perfect for lawn games or other outdoor fun. An outdoor shower is located on the left side of the house. A driveway with spaces for two cars is located on the right.
