There is central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every bedroom and in the living room.brWe have a full size washer and dryer and new kitchen appliances. There is no dishwasher. Take a walk down to the guarded beach that has volleyball nets. Sit out on the large two-tiered deck and go swimming in our beautiful large pool with new liner. We have deck furniure, including a patio set with 6 chairs and 4 lounge chairs overlooking the pool. You can wash off in our new outdoor shower. Dine outside with our grill.
