New Construction 3 Story Stunner - One block to beach, parks and shops

Amazing home. As we drove down the street the kids asked which house we were staying at. When I pointed it out, they exclaimed “OH, WOW!” Clean, well appointed, plenty of space for 2 or 3 families, great outdoor space, great host. We stayed during hurricane Erin, so we spent plenty of time in the house. Kids loved the 2 bunk rooms (one had 5 beds, second had 3 beds) and the tv living area in the downstairs bunk room. Parents loved the master suites (3 of them) and the privacy they offered. The kitchen was huge with good appliances and all the equipment, dishes, and flatware we needed. Bar top seating, a big table, flows right into a big living area. We spent plenty of time on the lower front deck, which was great for four adults to start the day with coffee, end the day with drinks, and everything in between. The kids also liked being so close to the park and enjoyed pickleball, scooters in the skate park, baseball, and mini golf.

This was our family's second year staying at the property for our annual beach vacation, and we had another wonderful experience. The house remains as advertised, good location with easy walk to the beach, prompt communication by owner. We look forward to coming back again!

The house is great! It’s well decorated, kitchen has large island to prep and cook with the family room attached and off that is a great porch to sit and chat. The beds were super comfy. We really enjoyed our stay. The only set back for us is that it has two other bedrooms with 6 sets of bunks in each room that really is only good if you have little kids and mine are not but boy my kids would of loved it if they were younger! The host was easy to work with as well! I definitely recommend this home!

Fabulous house!

We had an amazing long weekend at this beautiful new home. This home offered more than enough space and bathrooms for our group, including the large, open common areas that everyone was able to enjoy together. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, kitchen utensils, soap, foil, ziplocks… you name it, it was probably there. Dave even had grilling utensils available, which rentals don’t always provide. The two large balconies were a hit with our group and everyone enjoyed their morning coffee out there. We also appreciated all the small and thoughtful touches such as the remotes controls for the ceiling fan and light right next to the bed. Dave was a great host as his communication in the booking and arrival processes was prompt and clear. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I could not recommend this property enough. Hope to be back in the summer!

We loved this house! It was absolutely pristine, beautifully decorated, and pleasantly coordinated. It offered the ideal space and layout for our family of 7, with 4.5 bathrooms and multiple bedrooms offering varying sleeping accommodations. The house can accommodate well above the total in our group. It was perfect for entertaining and had a great, large open floorplan including a kitchen that had everything we needed to prepare a lavish family meal at home, including a gas grill and beautiful tableware, cookware and serving pieces. Perfect for family game or movie night. Location offered a quiet beach retreat, with a quick walk to neighboring community park that offered tennis, pickleball and bocce ball courts which our family loved, with many local spots in which to indulge (cafes, ice cream, burger joints, acai bowls, restaurants). However, these spots are dispersed throughout the area and we found that a car was needed to travel around. Also, we did not find restrooms on the beach and it was about an 8-10 minute walk to get from the beach back to the house. We loved that the house was conveniently located under 30 minutes away from both Atlantic City and Historic Smithville which was great. The host was very responsive and even sent a few welcome videos outlining some of the details for the stay that was very helpful. My whole family loved this house and we would definitely consider staying here again and recommending it. Everything about our stay was seamless.

We loved the coastal design of this brand new 3-story stunner - every detail was curated to be peaceful and inviting. Elevated ceilings, open living spaces, plenty of seating and sleeping areas, combined with modern appliances, TV's galore, balconies and an AC skyline view. We loved being close enough to jaunt off the island to visit nearby AC, Margate or Ocean City; and were also just as happy to stay local and walk to the beach each day (the walk through the dunes is peaceful and means less people and a more expansive beach which we appreciated). Our hosts were responsive and helpful, going above and beyond when we needed anything. Don't miss this one!
