If smoking outside, please smoke away from the house, not on the deck or patios. Cigarette butts need to be kept in a container and disposed of properly. There will be a $100 charge for any butts found outside on the ground that the cleaners have to pick up and a $200 charge for evidence of smoking inside our home. brbrbrbrPET POLICY:brbrWe do not allow pets here, sorry! There will be a $300 fee for failure to notify us of a pet present in the property. brbrbrbrCLEANING POLICY:brbrIf any excessive cleaning is needed subsequent to your departure (stained rugs, clogged sinks, excessive pet shed/mess, excessive garbage left around the home, stench, etc) There will be an excessive cleaning fee of up to $700 depending on the offense. brbrbrbrCHECK-IN:brbrCheck in time is 4:00 pm. You may request an early check in 48 hours before your arrival. No early check-ins between Memorial Day and Labor Day. brbrUpon arrival please inspect the house carefully and report any unsatisfactory condition to the rental manager immediately. Failure to report means you accept the house “as is”. To report any items please contact us immediately with any issues.brbrbrbrCHECK OUT:brbrCheck out time is strictly 10:00 am.
