House was exactly as described! Very clean and accommodating. Host went out of this way to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay!

Clean, pet friendly, large home that easily accommodated our multi-generational family of 18. Off site parking garage 10 blocks away was convenient for our large number of vehicles.

This house was amazing. Plenty of space for everyone , hot tub was great! Beautiful location and great sharing spaces. Its a rare find! All of the essentials are included too! Master bed and bathroom are gorgeous! Cant wait to book a summer trip!

Communication and check in was great. Great neighbors! Location was perfect for a morning and evening walk on the beach. Would totally recommend.

….location and space for our annual family gathering. Parking can be a challenge but the property owner and neighbor make a significant effort to accommodate renters’ needs. The property owner responds quickly from the time of booking through the rental period. Pluses: proximity to the beach, bed linens, bathroom towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, for the kids, and a large grill are all available at the house. The kitchen lacked a few things for a large group, but we figured it out and made many family memories. The neighbor, Mark, was a great asset to get acclimated to the area and respond to any needs/questions.

Everything about this place was amazing! Everyone in our group was so comfortable with sleeping and bathroom arrangements, and the open layout of the main floor made for an amazing space for us to all hang out. The different outdoor spaces were so appreciated with all of the games we had going on during our weekend, and we would absolutely be thrilled to visit this house again. The location was so convenient to the beach and to many stores and the rest of the strip. The neighbors are so friendly and truly want you to have a good time. There are rules such as not being outdoors after a certain time, but I truly believe the mutual respect created with the neighbors due to this allows for an amazing environment. Can’t recommend staying here enough!

The house was perfect! It had so much space, was in great condition and had a great location. The host was super responsive and his neighbor was also wonderful!! Having the two kitchen spaces was also great with our bigger group!

We stayed at the home for two nights to gather family in one spot , it was perfect to fit everyone! The house is clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable!

Stayed for 3 nights with a group of 8 guys. House was clean, slept all of us comfortably, had plenty of amenities, and was so close to the beach! Had an amazing time and would recommend the house.

We had a great family vacation at this beach house. 10 adults and 9 kids 5 and under with plenty of space for everyone. The lego tables were great along with other toys left over in the garage and the swing set in the back yard kept kids entertained. The hot tub was very clean and in great condition. The walk to the beach is very short and easy. The beach itself has a lifeguard and has a very gradual slope so that it's easy to walk into the water. Far enough away from the craziness of the boardwalk pier and yet in walking distance to get there if wanted to. Grocery store close by. Ice cream shop in walking distance at the Island Creamery. Loved breakfast outside at the Queen Bean Bistro. Had 5 cars, squeezed one inside the very small garage then got 4 passes to park on the street. Juggled spots at first but not to bad. Mikhail was very easy to get in touch with when needed. And Mark was super kind and very helpful also. Great place to stay!
