We also have the Atlantic City Jitney ($2.50) a few blocks away that will get you pretty much anywhere you want to go in AC during your stay. But we always recommend seeing the heart of AC by taking a nice stroll down the boardwalk!brbrOther Things to Note:brExpect foot traffic! There will be a $300 fee for failure to notify us of a pet present in the property. brbrCLEANING POLICY:brIf any excessive cleaning is needed subsequent to your departure (stained rugs, clogged sinks, excessive pet shed/mess, excessive garbage left around the home, stench, etc) There will be an excessive cleaning fee of up to $700 depending on the offense. brbrCHECK-IN:brCheck in time is 4:00 pm. You may request an early check in 48 hours before your arrival. No early check-ins between Memorial Day and Labor Day. brUpon arrival please inspect the house carefully and report any unsatisfactory condition to the rental manager immediately. Failure to report means you accept the house “as is”. To report any items please contact us immediately with any issues.brbrCHECK OUT:brCheck out time is strictly 10:00 am. The dining room has a table for 12 people and a high chair. The living room has a fireplace and big screen TV for your group’s enjoyment. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking and serving basics like pots and pans, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, and bakeware. Behind the kitchen on the first floor you will find a laundry room and full bathroom with standing shower.brbrUp the stairs to the second floor is a bathroom with a claw foot tub, bedroom with two twin beds, and two bedrooms with one king bed each.
