This gorgeous oasis is built on the original site of the Old Tuna Club, a legendary speakeasy-era gathering spot where drinks flowed freely through Prohibition. Located in Bungalow Park on Gardner's Basin, this unique three-story bayfront retreat has five decks, 6 car parking, 2 boat slips, a jet-ski floating dock, and is just blocks from the beach, boardwalk, dining & entertainment!

The space
There are 4 bedrooms with sleeping accommodations for 13 guests:

Primary Bedroom (3rd Floor) - King Bed (Sleeps 2) - Waterfront/Sunrise View - Work Space Desk/TV/Walk in Closet/Mini Fridge/Large Balcony/Ensuite Bathroom with Standing Shower and Jacuzzi Tub.

Second Bedroom (3rd Floor) - Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) - Front Facing/Sunset View - Large Closet and Balcony - Full Bath across the hall.

Third Bedroom (3rd Floor) - Full Bed (Sleeps 2) with Single Bunk Bed (Sleeps 1) - Front Facing/Sunset View - Large Closet and Dresser - Full Bath across the hall.

Fourth Bedroom (1st Floor) - 2 Queen Beds (Sleeps 4) - Waterfront/Sunrise View - Spacious Room with direct access to the deck, large closet, dresser, and 80 TV/ Ensuite Full Bathroom with Standing Shower and linen closet with additional towels for guests.

2 Twin Mattresses with sheets, pillows & comforters are stored in the first floor closet for two additional guests.

Spacious Open Living Room - Waterfront - Pool Table - Sliding glass doors from side to side leading to the large balcony with outdoor seating.

Dining Room - Table Seating for up to 10 guests

Open Kitchen - Front Facing - Equipped with all dishes, pots, pans, glasses and silverware. Designated coffee/tea station and table seating for 4.

Laundry Room (3rd Floor) - Detergent/Softener/Dryer Sheets included. Hangers with space to hang clothes. This is also where additional linens will be kept for our guests.

Driveway fits up to 6 small cars and there is street parking available.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house, deck, and dock. Only the garage is off limits.
