We’re literally just steps away from the beach or aquarium and minutes by car to all that Atlantic City has to offer. If you prefer not to drive, the 24 hr jitney is conveniently located across the street. Also, Lyft and Uber are readily available. brbrThis luxury home has hardwood floors throughout the first level, granite counter-tops and new furnishings/beds with incredible views of the water from every floor. In addition, the fenced in patio area and grill provides ample privacy and a place where you can sit and relax with friends and loved ones. The house has been beautifully decorated and features 3 Bedrooms, as well as a bonus Loft that has breathtaking views. A rare find in the neighborhood, this property has 4 outdoor decks! On the 2nd floor, there is a private escape off of the Primary Bedroom, as well as a large deck on the front of the house which is perfect for relaxing or viewing the annual 4th of July fireworks. As for the 1st floor, there is a lovely porch out front as well as a sitting area off of the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with top of the line appliances, breakfast bar seating for three, and a tabletop dining area.
