Stayed May 24, 2024After the booking, I read harsh review on the property and frankly was scared a little. Overall, the trip was OK at the best, but I would not recommend the AC trip. First of all, I had lengthy communication via email, trying to pay pet fee, uploading the photos of myself holding ID - so called pre check in procedure. The actual check in process was very smooth. The front desk even gave out two keys which would not be possible according to the email communication prior. All the elevators were working. The room was spacious, but there were lots of maintenance issues. One of light bulb was not on, the hinge of kitchen cabinet was completely off, hair dryer was missing, and for two of beds, mattress support boards collapsed. None of our family member weighs more than 160lb. We had to use two other beds and a sofa bed for our stay. Of course, we addressed the issue and the maintenance team responded using text, but we do not want them to come in when we are not in the room. Nor we do want to stay watching them fix it. The team delivered a hair dryer though. On the third day, we found out the keys not working at all. When I went to the front desk, they said a person who checked us in made a mistake and reactivated the keys there. Later, one of our cars got the parking violation which I had to resolve separately. I think it happened when they checked us out by mistake. Overall, I felt the property has management issue. If not for pet, I do not recommend this place.

Stayed Sep 9, 2023Reviewing this property is complicated. Condo was spotless and owners were great to deal with. BUT... this condo is located in Showboat complex which is a mess. Three of the four elevators were out of service making for long waits all the time. Locals told us it had been that way for months. The pool and deck were dirty and needed maintenance. The lineup at checking was very long and only one key for the room was available. This is a huge inconvenience when you have a big group. Parking garage is dirty, smells of garbage and cigarettes. Plan for a very long walk with luggage to and from room to parking garage. Also, the app to pay for the parking is a confusing mess. It's too bad because the listing owners do a great job and most of the problems are out of their hands.

Stayed Jun 9, 2022This condo is right inside of the Showboat Hotel, and very conveniently located right on the boardwalk, close to the beach, all the shops, restaurants etc. This was the perfect spot to spend a weekend with friends as it was spacious, 3 full bathrooms, 4 queen beds, a full kitchen. We would gladly return! A few minor details that could be improved upon would be adding some decor, stocking the kitchen with more utensils, glasses etc. Rooms need more clothing hangers for the number of people that it sleeps. Needs more pillows and some throw blankets in the living room. The next part is really just to help improve the process for future guests: The check-in process was frustrating as the Showboat hotel front desk employees didn’t seem to want to deal with checking people in for a vrbo rental. They were rude to my friends that checked in first, and would not pull up any email communications from Cozysuites to verify who was checking in. My friends waited in the lobby for about 45 mins before they were given keys to the condo at around 9pm. The only thing delaying them was their refusal to pull up emails that cozysuites had sent at least two times, over a week before arrival, and then a second the day before. Despite that, all in all it was a fantastic stay, close to everything and we truly enjoyed it!

Stayed Sep 3, 2021Overall we enjoyed our stay at CozySuites. The unit was in a great location and was perfect for our family of 8. The Showboat is a very family friendly hotel, there isn’t a casino which made it way less crowded than other facilities and I appreciated the ease of walking through the hotel each morning to get to the beach and our other destinations. The unit is very pet friendly as well as the hotel as a whole so just something to keep it mind. We had an oversized vehicle which the Showboat was able to accommodate with surface parking. The host was extremely communicative both before and during our visit. We would definitely stay again if we ever come back to AC.
