With the park-like common areas you will be amazed at the deer, turkey, and other wildlife that come to visit. There are 2 swimming pools (one of which is situated right on the water), 2 newly surfaced tennis courts, basketball hoop, a swim dock, a playground, and several large pavilions. Which make the space great for families and groups! Regatta Bay is close to shopping and dining. If you are a golf fan this unit is close to the courses that are at the lake. Close to the Strip near the Bagnell Dam, spas, and boat/waverunner rental. All flat panel TV's with cable in all the bedrooms and in main living area. The kitchen/dining area has plenty of seating for all your guests. The kitchen also has all the amenities that you need for an extended stay. The laundry room has full washer and dryer as well.
