This gorgeous Southwood Shores condo has just been completely updated, furnished, and stocked with all the necessities to make your vacation one to remember for years to come. Featuring a dry bar, electric fireplace, and a spacious waterfront deck to enjoy evenings over the water. The complex features a lakeside pool, indoor pool, playground, and boat launch as well! PRIME location on Horseshoe Bend, just minutes from the Strip and Osage Beach!

The open concept kitchen features beautiful stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large breakfast bar with seating for four.

Living Room
The living room features a flat screen TV, one sofa, a queen size sleeper sofa, and a sliding glass door opening to the waterfront deck.

Master Suite
The master suite features a king-size bed, nightstands, closet, dresser, flat screen TV, and a private door to the waterfront deck. The master bath features a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, flat screen TV, and a closet.

Outside
Outside on the spacious waterfront deck, enjoy beautiful views of the cove and main channel. This area also has an electric BBQ grill available for use.

**There is no trailer parking on site.

**MAKE SURE TO STOP AT THE OFFICE AND GRAB A PARKING PASS. The double doors on the office are always open and have blank parking passes inside. The complex enforces parking passes and will tow your car.

Neighborhood Description
This unit is within walking distance of Four Seasons Café and Convenient store. Southwood Shores Condos are conveniently located off Horseshoe Bend, just a few minutes from all the events and excitement on the Bagnell Dam Strip. Located near many of the most popular bars and restaurants such as Shady Gators, Camden on the Lake, H-Toads, Tucker Shuckers, and so much more!

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
