We prepare our homes not just to handle the needs of guests staying a few days, but for guests staying for months or years. Not only are our homes better equipped for your needs, our long-term rates are among the most competitive available. Guests staying longer than 31 days will not be required to pay sales tax (saving an additional 17%), and will receive huge discounts on add-on services like pets and parking. brbr☆ Parking☆brbrThere is usually ample free parking right in front of the building on Roger Place. brbr☆Pets☆brbrBringing your furry friends? We're dog friendly! Our pet fee is $15 per night, per dog ($30 minimum). We allow up to 3 dogs with a weight limit of 60 lbs per pup. Pet fees are paid separately after booking, and we offer discounts for guests staying longer than a week! Just let us know the number of companions you'll be bringing with you when you checkout and we'll get you set up!brbr☆ House Rules / Refundable Damage Deposit ☆brbrMost of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to a simple list of reasonable house rules and to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these rules, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. To that end, we charge a refundable damage deposit of $395 that will be refunded in full assuming there are no damaged/missing items and our house rules are followed. Please familiarize yourself with our house rules in the rental agreement when you check out.brbr☆Cancellations+Alterations☆brbrTravelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.brbrThe same policies also apply to alterations, with the amount of the refund being applied to the new dates. If the alteration just extends an existing reservation while retaining the original dates, there are no cancellation fees – you just pay for the nights you’re addingbrbrWe sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment) we highlight and clearly explain the terms of our cancellation policy here to make sure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason. brbr☆ More Great Listings ☆brbrI have other fantastic listings up now, so check those out too! Shoot us a message letting us know what you’re looking for (number of bedrooms and baths, desired features like backyard or patio…etc.) and we’ll get back to you with a list of beautiful available properties!brWe ask that guests respect our space, our belongings, our neighbors, and our cleaning crew. We've prepared a reasonable set of house rules that clearly communicate our expectations, and reserve the right to charge fees to guests who violate these rules.
