Parking alongside the house in the alley isn't permitted.br-No Pets. With the house being newly renovated with brand new carpets, we want to keep that super clean feeling!br-Gas stove, please let us know if you are unfamiliar and we can be sure you are safe.br-Keyless entry, code will be given.br- There is a built-in bar to eat at in the kitchen, but no kitchen table.br-All TVs are smart tvs.br-No dishwasher, we do request our guests wash their dishes.br-Smoking is allowed outside only.br-A blow up mattress is also at the house.br-A starter amount of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap) will be provided.br-No parties or events.brbrWe work to ensure the satisfaction of all guests, however, not every home works for every guest.
