Similarly, only two vehicles are permitted for this unit. Guests must bear the fines levied by the Association if they breach these rules. Additionally, there are several other regulations mandated by the Association that guests must follow, such as having a primary guest who is at least 25 years old, refraining from smoking in the unit, avoiding fireworks, and not leaving towels, swimsuits, clothes, or trash on the deck or railings.brbrIn case guests wish to swim during colder months, they may use the Regalia Hotel's heated indoor pool situated on the property. For a single day, the pass costs $10 per individual or $20 for a family. Parking passes for up to two vehicles will be issued to allow parking in the private lot in front of the building. Guests may also use the free public parking available at the Regalia Hotel & Conference Center. Two dogs are allowed, provided they are kept on a leash at all times and up to date on their vaccinations. No other pets, animals, or living creatures are allowed.
