Waterworld is a three-story lodge in Kimberling City built for groups of up to 30, with resort access to two indoor pools, an outdoor pool,and a lazy river. Ten bedrooms across three levels mean nobody is sharing a room they didn't plan to share. Family reunions, friend groups, and corporate retreats all fit here without anyone being on top of each other.

Guest Access
Check-in is contactless through a smart lock. Your door code and arrival instructions are sent before your stay. Guests have access to the entire three-level home, all three decks, and the resort amenities listed above.

POST-BOOKING REQUIREMENT
Following confirmation of your reservation, guests are required to either submit a refundable security deposit or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver. Instructions and deadlines will be sent shortly after booking. Reservations are not considered fully complete until this step is fulfilled.

Other Things to Note
- This home has lake views but no private dock, private shoreline, or direct path to the water from the property.
- The home is three stories and stairs are required to reach the upper and lower levels.
- Dogs are welcome: $35 per pet, per night, up to two dogs. Some breeds are not permitted, so please contact us before booking.
- Several bathrooms include shower seating.
