New deck, new windows, new countertops, new appliances. This property is on a lakefront lot that has an outstanding year-round unobstructed water view of Table Rock Lake. The location is a little bit of a drive from a lot of the attractions but well worth it if you are looking to be off the beaten path. There is a large lakeside deck attached to the home for relaxing and enjoying the view. The deck has an outdoor patio table, a bistro table with two chairs, and a propane grill for entertaining. Please no open fires or fireworks allowed. There are roughly 25 steps down a hill to the property. It is not handicapped accessible. brbrTank-less water heater and water filtration equipment to improve the water quality and eliminate sulfur odor from a groundwater well. brbrDownstairs bedroom has a queen size bed along with a bathroom that has a shower as well as stack-able washer and dryer. The morning and evening views from this bedroom window are breathtaking. The second bedroom is located upstairs and has 2 queen beds. This bedroom has a private bathroom attached to it. brbrThe sitting room has a fireplace and a sofa and love seat for relaxing by the fire.
