This unique home is the complete vacation rental for family reunions, church groups, golf trips, ladies gatherings, couples vacationing together, and even business conferences. brbrLiberty Retreat will accommodate up to 40 people with 8,000 square feet of living space with three back decks, one on each level. brbrMAIN FLOOR brbrEntering Liberty Retreat, you are greeted with the large dining/ kitchen/ great room area. The beautiful fireplace, open loft, and windmill fan add to the expanse and grandeur of the home. brbrThe dining area has 3 live edge dining tables which will seat 40 people at the tables and there is also seating at the kitchen island. A large dining area with plenty of seating is one of the top preferences our guests have mentioned. brbrThe kitchen is fully equipped for all your group with plenty of dinnerware and pantry space for those groceries. There are two kitchen sinks, two stoves, two dishwashers, and two refrigerators with freezer. With all that seating, you may need all that this kitchen provides for those delicious meal preparations. brbrYou don't have to pack clothes for everyday as there are also four large capacity washers and dryers and we do provide laundry soap and dryer sheets. After a few hours on Moonshine Beach, you'll want to wash those swimsuits for the next day's activities. brbrThe great room area features a smart TV. You can hook direct through the HDMI outlet, a big advantage for my generation. brbrThere are three master suites on the main level. There are two sofa sleepers in the family/game room area. brbrINDOOR POOL brbrLiberty retreat is our first house to have a private indoor pool. With this heated indoor pool, you can enjoy swimming year round and avoid the crowded community pool, or take a late night swim. There are securely locked doors to the swimming pool. We have 1 foot entry, that leads to 2 foot step, then on to 3 foot section so toddlers can splash and play on any of those levels. On the other end of the pool the depth is 5 foot. Who doesn't like to sit around the fire and have a few drinks with a lake view in the background. After a long day of activities, roast some hot dogs or marshmallows and make some smores. brbrThe hot tub is the main highlight of the lower back deck. Another of our guests top preferences is a private hot tub. It is only for our guests staying at Liberty Retreat. You must be 16 years old to stay in the hot tub for longer periods of time as it is not safe for young children to be in there for more than 10 minutes. brbrAMENITIES brbrIn the summer, take advantage of the on-site community amenities which include outdoor and swimming pool, tanning deck, kiddie splash pad, and playground. Take advantage of the indoor heated swimming pool which is open year round. Great for those rainy days or when staying during the cooler parts of the year. brbrThere is a quiet cove on the lake just about a 1/4 mile stroll from the house where you can fish or just skip rocks across the water. brbrBOATING ON THE LAKE brbrState Park marina is about 2 miles away where you can rent all kinds of water craft for an adventure on Table Rock Lake. You can go to the marina, or you can use the courtesy dock at the Chateau about 1/2 mile away. You can call State Park marina and they will bring a boat over to the courtesy dock where you can load and unload your party. Bringing your own boat There is a public boat launch at Moonshine Beach and you can load and unload at the courtesy dock and even gas up there. State Park marina will also rent a boat slip for your stay if you prefer. The courtesy dock is only for loading and unloading passengers. Boat trailer parking is provided on site at The Lodges at Chateau Cove. brbrPET FRIENDLY brbrLiberty Retreat is pet friendly. The pet fee is $35 per night, per pet. Only dogs are allowed. Due to association rules, guests may bring up to two dogs, each must be no more than 25 lbs., or one dog no more than 50 lbs. If you are bringing a furry family member, you must mention how many in your reservation request and I will send a payment request for the pet fee. brbrDAMAGE WAIVER brbrThe damage protection waiver covers accidental damage that is reported to the owner immediately. It does not cover intentional damage, damage due to guest neglect, or unreported damages by check out. Maximum coverage is $1500. Damages over $1500 will be the responsibility of guest. brbrSECURITY DEPOSIT brbrThe security deposit is a hold placed on your credit card and is not actually charged. The hold is released three days after departure as long as there is no damage above damage waiver limit, extra cleaning needed, or policy violations. brbrCANCELLATIONS: brbrGuest receives 100.00% (less $500.00 taxable cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.brbr We recommend travelers purchase travel insurance. brbrWe look forward to hosting your group at Liberty Retreat, built with your group in mind.
