Perfectly located for both Silver Dollar City and Table Rock Lake access, while still being able to hop over to Branson for some fun and shows!brbrTHE SPACE (Unit #15)brbrStep inside and enjoy your super cute and newly renovated condo! Tribesman #15 is one of our 2-bedroom / 1-bathroom condos. For previous guests, this was Timber Ridge 2. Unit #15 is in on the end of a single level (no stairs!) building that has 4 similar units. There are a few steps to get up from the parking area. Also, patios and common spaces are near other units, which means you will likely spend outdoor time around other guests and families. At Unit #15, you'll be close to the swimming pool.brbrPets are welcome and must be disclosed at the time of booking to avoid additional charges beyond the standard pet fee. See full Pet Policy below.brbrYou will be approximately 500 feet (2-3 minute walk) to the water and Dock 1. The walk to the water is down a gently sloping gravel road.brbrEnjoy 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, along with the living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen all on one level. If your stay is longer than a few days, please plan to make a run to the store for additional supplies (a handy convenience store is just around the corner). Also, we provide enough towels for the size of your group. Since we are not a hotel with permanent housekeeping and laundry staff on site, we are unable to provide replacement linens or towels during your stay. But to help with this, the new and improved on-site laundry is free for your use!brbrParking is limited and during peak times you can expect to do a little walking to get to your unit. brbrIndoor swimming pool, game room, and laundry area are open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. You will be approximately 500 feet (2-3 minute walk) to the water and Dock 1. The walk to the water is down a gently sloping gravel road (or through the grass if you choose to go that way).brbrTribesman #22 is great for medium-sized groups who want space to be able to spread out. With 2 living areas (one upstairs, one downstairs) you can have the kids separated and playing while the adults can visit! Silver Dollar City is a stress-free 6 minute drive up the road (no fighting Branson traffic!). Many other Branson area attractions are anywhere from 10-20 minutes away. Perfectly located for both Silver Dollar City and Table Rock Lake access, while still being able to hop over to Branson for some fun and shows!brbrTHE SPACE (Unit #11)brbrStep inside and enjoy your super cute and newly renovated condo! Tribesman #11 is one of our 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom condos. For previous guests, this was Timber Ridge C2. Unit #11 is on the upper level of a 2-level building which has 6 total units. The unit is accessible from ground level (just a few steps up to the front door), and there IS a unit below you and on either side. As can be typical in any condo/apartment building, some sound can be expected to be heard from neighbors if there are guests staying in neighboring units. Also, patios and common spaces are near those of other units, which means you will likely spend outdoor time around other guests and families. brbrYou will be approximately 500 feet (2-3 minute walk) to the water and Dock 1. The walk to the water is down a gently sloping gravel road (or through the grass if you choose to go that way).brbrEnjoy 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with the living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen all on one level. No stairs inside the unit! (There are just a few steps leading up to the front door.) The 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower (no tub).brbrSleeping arrangements are as follows:brBedroom #1 - King bed (sleeps 2)brLiving Room - Queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2)brBedroom #2 - 2 Full beds (each sleeps 2 children or 1 adult comfortably)brbrPlease read all of the information below for important details regarding your stay in Tribesman #11:brbr50 smart Roku TV in the living room. There is NO cable service provided, so please plan to log in to your account of your favorite streaming service to watch a show. Free high speed wi-fi for all your other devices! There are no TV's in any bedrooms.brbrPlease review the listed kitchen amenities to see if the kitchen items and cookware you need are provided. If something is not specifically listed, then we most likely do not have it and you can feel free to bring your own. PLEASE PLAN TO BRING your own spices, salt, pepper, oil, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, etc. as we do not routinely stock these items. brbrWe provide a STARTER supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. If your stay is longer than a few days, please plan to make a run to the store for additional supplies (a handy convenience store is just around the corner). Also, we provide enough towels for the size of your group. Since we are not a hotel with permanent housekeeping and laundry staff on site, we are unable to provide replacement linens or towels during your stay. But to help with this, the new and improved on-site laundry is free for your use!brbrParking is limited and during peak times you can expect to do a little walking to get to your unit. brbrIndoor swimming pool, game room, and laundry area are open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
