He said “Oh, sorry I thought I had contacted everyone who was interested in the house.” I was too worried about my interview and let it go as it wasn't meant to be. A month went by and at 6am I was reading my email from Zillow and noticed the address and said that address looks very familiar. Sure enough it was this house up for sale. A real estate agent bought it and then flipped the house. It was listed for $100K more than what he purchased it for. (But little did I know that till months later.) We were not going to be able to go see the house till 4pm that evening. By noon I received another email from Zillow for this house again with a $50,000 price reduction.
