Stayed Sep 22, 2025Horrible and the host didn’t respond to our concerns. Where do I start - the rat trap, excessive dead bugs and bug splatter on the walls, zero hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sink. The bathroom sink would only provide lukewarm water if the shower was turned on. The fridge had a loud alarm-like sound when it was running - you could NOT ignore it. Wifi wasn’t working, it didn’t include spices like the listing said, there were lots of broken things like handles, toilet paper holder, drain plug so I could wash dishes, and no scrubbing pad to wash dishes with. The shower was filthy. And to all this, the hosts only, single message was “we’re unaware of the hot water issue and we’ll send our technicians.” Which didn’t happen. I checked out early and requested a refund. They never bothered to respond. If I could add video to the review I would, which proves the hot water didn’t work and the fridge noise was terrible.

Stayed Mar 16, 2025I left after 24 hours and the host would not refund my money except for one night. It was not stocked with anything (had to go out and buy coffee and filters). Had to ask about the rat trap right outside the door. Washing machine and dryer are behind a removable wall so it sounds like they are in the unit. Beeping happened all day. Final straw was bugs flying around to which they replied, “It’s spring and bugs get in the house.”

Stayed Feb 15, 2021Everything I needed. MN polar vortex outside. There was a heater. Everything in the fridge froze. Served my purpose.
