Being only about 1 mile away from the Mayo Clinic and St. Mary's Hospital is a blessing itself. Having restaurants, a mall and grocery stores close by is convenient. Only a couple of blocks off the main highway 52 and 14 make this house easy to find and get to. There are 1 step to get in the house with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor.
