SUNNY 3BD, 2BA…ONLY BLOCKS FROM MAYO

We had a wonderful stay and absolutely enjoyed our time. The decor and overall style is beautifully done and made the space feel both inviting and thoughtfully put together. While there were a few minor imperfections that could be mentioned, they didn’t impact our experience at all and aren’t worth focusing on. The host was very reasonable and understanding when we had a small issue, which we appreciated. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others. We would happily stay again.

Despite the assurance that strong detergents are not used in the house, we discovered that the sheets and towels had been washed with Gain laundry detergent. In my experience, Gain is particularly unpleasant due to its strong scent. The odor was so overwhelming that my wife and I were forced to leave after just one night. After informing the owner about the issue, her response was indifferent. She claimed that only a small amount of detergent had been used, implying that it should not have caused discomfort. However, for renters sensitive to scents, the quantity does not change the effect. The house was basically clean but the filth between the quarter inch gaps in the wood flooring are just disgusting and gross. There is also a very unpleasant smell of food spilled or something in the kitchen that should be cleaned up. The place needs a complete deep cleaning as it appears to be clean until you look under or behind anything.

The house was exactly as imaged and comfortable beds too! It was within walking distance to the Mayo Civic Center to see the show we came into town for. Adding an additional night was requested due to the blizzard (25 of show). The host was quick to respond and easy to work with.

The house was cozy but still updated and clean. Very well appointed, including a dizzying amount of bath gels in the shower.

We absolutely LOVED this house! It has every possible amenity! The kitchen is stocked well enough to cook a meal, there are many shampoo, conditioners, and body washes to choose from, and there is a tv in each of the bedrooms!! The house is adorable and functional. It's only a few minutes from Mayo Clinic, which was helpful. We will definitely stay here again!!

Deb was an amazing host! She answered questions promptly and was so incredibly understanding of our situation as we navigated issues with transplant issues. She was above & beyond. The home was equipped with literally everything and it was like being “home”. I would definitely stay here again as we continue to work through the next steps with this process. Thank you Deb for everything!

Host was amazing to work with. Nice older home but remodeled with modern twist. Loved the course proximity to Mayo.

The house was stocked with everything we needed for a girls weekend! Close to downtown too. The owner was also quick to respond to the couple questions we had. Cute house and would recommend!

The home was in a great location and very comfortable to stay in. The host Deb, makes sure you have everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. My wife made the comment that the host was “good at this” which she has never said about another property that we have visited before. The deal is always in the details and Deb in my opinion understands that. Thanks for providing a great experience!
