Don't skip the garden in warmer months; by itself an evolving work of Art.brThe building is a Duplex, where the upper unit is the well-appointed furnished vacation rental with max occupancy of 4. The lower unit is occupied only by myself and my very sweet daughter. The only shared space between us and you is the private garden area in the back of the building, where you are welcome to relax, grill, or enjoy an evening fire if you choose. Please see the video for a full walk-thru of the experience. As for noise, the building is structurally well sound insulated between floors. We retire to the underground level by 9 PM most nights of the week and cannot hear reasonable noise from the upper unit from that point, so feel free to enjoy yourselves as late as you like.
