There are 3-4 miles of private trails through the woods, fields and marshes. Walk up to the field at dusk and you will likely see deer feeding on the grass. At night you will hear the loons calling. This three bedroom cabin has an understated charm with over 100 foot of lake front on Sunset lake. This includes use of a 3 bedroom cabin and detached garage. The two main Bedrooms each have private bathrooms and include a shower. Their is also a 1/2 Bath near the kitchen. Bedroom one has a king log bed with memory foam mattress, bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. Bedroom two has a queen size log bed and bathroom with shower and tub. Bedroom three has queen bed. The four season porch allows for great outdoor feel rain or shine. The cabin has a dock and pontoon lift. The lake has a very basic boat launch area so it stays very quiet compared to big name lakes. Don't let that fool you it still has good fishing and some deep holes. brbrThe shoreline is mostly grass held back by rocks. It is about a 1.5 feet over the rocks into 1.5' water. Rocks are softball to football size. The middle of the dock is 4' deep with sand/gravel bottom. End of the dock is about 5' with cabbage weed and small lily pads. The lake is crystal clear water.brbrThe cabin is located only 4 miles from the landing on farm island lake. 14 miles from Garrison and 25 miles from Brainard.
